Our chefs only utilize the freshest ingredients from boutique farms across the country - including herbs from the Chef's garden outside the dining room. The menu changes weekly to reflect what is in season.

Wright's Sunday Brunch
Wright’s is also known for its acclaimed Sunday brunch. Regularly hailed by guests and locals alike, Wright’s Sunday Brunch offers an impressive selection of culinary delights, where there is something for every taste. A lavish brunch buffet features breakfast favorites, house-made pastries and breads, fruit and cheese and salads.
In addition to the buffet is a small plates menu of seasonal items that Chef changes each week.

Winemaker Dinner Series 2013 - 2014
The Arizona Biltmore is preparing ten incredible epicurean evenings for the resort’s 24th season of Winemaker Dinners where guests will experience bold, inventive menus paired with specially selected wines from California, spend time with the creators of the wines, and enjoy a stunning display of jewelry courtesy of Hyde Park Jewelers.
These chic lifestyle events, scheduled monthly from September 12, 2013 through May 1, 2014, will feature a unique, ingredient-centric menu of four-to-six courses created by Arizona Biltmore Executive Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Bryan Gorton. Each course will be paired with an appropriate wine of the evening’s featured winery. The winemaker or other representative of the winery will participate, talking about the wines, answering questions and spending time with guests.
The 24th season of Winemaker Dinners will feature the following wineries:
September 12, 2013: Twomey-Silver Oak Cellars, Napa Valley, Russian River and Alexander Valley, California
October 3, 2013: ZD Wines, Napa Valley
November 7, 2013: Ruffino, Italy
December 5, 2013: Domaine Carneros Winery by Taittinger, Napa Valley
January 9, 2014: Rombauer Vineyards, Napa Valley
February 20, 2014: Cakebread Cellars, Napa Valley
February 6, 2014: Cakebread Cellars, Napa Valley
March 6, 2014: Heitz, Napa Valley
April 3, 2014: Robert Mondavi Winery, Napa Valley
May 1, 2014: St. Francis Winery, Sonoma Valley, California
A reception starts at 7:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. After the dinner, enjoy complimentary Port and cigars. The cost is $95 per person. A season ticket, for $855 per person, offers all ten dinners for the price of nine dinners. Tax and 18 percent gratuity will be added.
